Wellness
- In our quiet wellness section, experience pool, salt chamber, diving pool and Finnish sauna with outdoor connection is available from 8.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. and between 8.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. exclusively for our guests over the age of 14 years, and from 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. also for children under the age of 14 years
DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN
- Between 0-4 years of age, the accommodation on an extra bed in the room of parents or in a baby bed is free of charge.
- Between 5 and 12 years of age, the price of the extra bed is payable.
ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE
You can occupy the room from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and it must be left by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
EARLY CHECK-IN – LATE CHECK-OUT
In our hotel, you can ask for the option of earlier check-in or later check-out.
Room extension is available in case of free capacities, so please ask about the details when booking!
- Early arrival: from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.: HUF 10,000 per room
- Late check-out: from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.: HUF 10,000 per room
- From 2.00 p.m.: the full room rate is payable.
If you leave the room after 10 a.m., the room extension fee of HUF 10,000 will be automatically charged to the room.
LOCAL TAX ON TOURISM
The local tax on tourism is HUF 450 per person per night, and is payable on site over the age of 18 (it is not possible to pay the LTT with SZÉP Card).
FOOD SENSITIVITY
In our hotel, gluten and lactose-free meals are available, as well; please indicate your relevant request upon booking, in advance.
PARKING
Parking is available at the hotel's parking area free of charge for hotelguests.
PETS
We can only accept pets in our Ground Floor Superior air-conditioned rooms, so please make your reservation for this room type, and as an additional service, you can add the pet fee to the reservation.
Price: HUF 5,000 per night
The value of hotel services can be settled on the spot, in cash, by credit card or OTP, MKB or K&H SZÉP Card.
ACCESSIBILITY
By local public transport:
- Arriving to Búza Square by coach line no 1, you have to change at the Felső-majláthi stop to bus line no. 5 or 15. You have to get off at the bus stop “Palotaszálló” (Palace Hotel).
- Arriving by train to Tiszai Railway Station, you have to take tram no. 1 until the Felső Majláth terminal stop. You can get to the “Palotaszálló” stop by bus line no. 5 or 15.
By car:
- From Budapest, it is accessible through the M3 and then the M30 motorway. Leaving the motorway at Miskolc, our hotel is 25 km away.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For our discounted offers, you can settle your invoice on the spot in cash, by credit card or with a SZÉP card issued for your name. For our offers with advance booking, we ask you to perform an advance payment of 100%, and in case of making a reservation for our holiday periods, we ask you to perform an advance payment of 50% in 8 days after the reservation.
(The amount of the local tax on tourism and transmitted services can NOT be paid with SZÉP Card!)
PAYMENT WITH SZÉP CARD
Our hotel is a place of acceptance of all three (OTP, MKB, K&H) types of SZÉP cards. When booking online, you can settle the fee of your accommodation with OTP, K&H SZÉP and MKB card.
Please note that the transactional time of transfers made by SZÉP Card may take several working days.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are free to cancel your reservation with an on-site payment 72 hours before arrival, after which the fee will be 1 night's accommodation. Different conditions may apply to our prepaid and holiday offers.
DRESS CODE
In the different areas of our hotel, depending on the given event, please kindly comply with the dress code.
Please avoid the use of loud mobile communication devices (telephone, tablet) in the restaurant, lobby and wellness section or use them with headphones, if necessary, in order not to disturb other guests.
