After many years of cooperation, our franchise agreement with Hunguest Hotels Zrt. was terminated on 31.03.2023, so our hotel is now fully independent and awaits new and returning guests in the fabulous Lillafüred.

For us, the faithfulness and loyalty of our guests is of paramount importance, so together with our colleagues we do our best to make our guests feel at home and return to their daily lives enriched by their experiences in Lillafüred.

The programme is intended for returning guests of the hotel who book directly (via our website booking system) on an individual basis (individual guests are considered to be guests if they book directly with the hotel without the use of an intermediary). Intermediaries are: any accommodation intermediaries and booking systems or agencies, cooperating companies, corporate partners, Hungarian Hotel Association.)

The aim is to reward our guests for their loyalty by offering them discounts and extra services based on the number of nights spent or money spent.

The Palota loyalty programme is an online platform that is user-friendly and easy to access on both phone and computer. The online loyalty interface allows you to track the activity of regular customers (booking, requesting an offer, crediting or using points). Based on the parameters set, the programme activates the discount for the level of regular customer, credits loyalty points and offers the possibility to exchange them during the booking process.


How to become a Frequent Guest? 

You need to register for the Hotel Palota Lillafüred**** loyalty programme by providing your personal details. The number of hotel stays is automatically recorded by the hotel reservation system - for bookings made via www.hotelpalota.hu - after registration.

To qualify for discounts and conditions, it is important for regular guests to start their request for a quote or reservation by logging in to their account.

Only natural persons can become regular guests.

Why is it good for our Guests?

Direct bookings made by our guests from 1 April 2023 onwards will be counted towards the loyalty programme, so the benefits of these bookings will be credited to your personal profile after registration.

After registration, our guests can make their first booking at our hotel at a discounted rate, simply by logging into their online profile.

The online personal profile makes it easy to track requests, bookings, loyalty levels and upgrade conditions for our hotels.
