Regular Customer Program

In our Hotel, friendly services are coupled with moderate prices, which may be further reduced for our loyal guests, adding up to a possible maximum of 65% discount.

Loyalty is a great asset, and in order not to leave this an empty slogan, we have introduced our Regular Customer Card Program, thus, this time it is up to you to decide whether or not you wish to take advantage of this opportunity.


COLLECT THE POINTS

If you become a registered Personal Customer Card holder, every time you place an order in any Hunguest Hotel directly, or in the Hunguest Hotels Booking and Regular Customer Centre (H-1061 Budapest, Székely Mihály u. 3.) a number of points corresponding to 10% of the invoiced amount will be credited to your Card.

Changes your points for services

The mediated services and the local tax on tourism do not constitute a basis for the calculation of points. The points collected on the card can be used in case of the next direct hotel order and use, as a HUF discount corresponding to the points (up to 50% of the amount according to the invoice), i.e. HUF 1 corresponds to 1 point (If the payment is made in EUR, the invoice is prepared in HUF converted at the current daily rate, which forms the basis for the calculation of points). When using the points as a HUF discount, the points can be used up to 50% of the invoice amount. Points corresponding to 10% of the 50% invoice amount settled with another payment instrument will be credited to your card. 

We would like to draw your attention that when simultaneously using a SZÉP card and Hunguest Hotels Loyalty Card, the loyalty card points can be credited or used only if the owner of the two cards is the same person. If this condition is not met, we recommend the holder of the SZÉP card to request a new HUNGUEST Hotels loyalty card or a partner card for the SZÉP card.

If you make a reservation with advance payment discount, unfortunately, you cannot use the loyalty card points for the advance payment, but we can credit the points also based on the thus paid amount during your stay at the site, furthermore, the points can be used up to settle the extra services used. For this, please ask for your invoice on the amount paid as an advance payment with the data associated with your loyalty card (name and residential address).

Personal Customer Cards
are available to all Guest of our Hotel, who:

  • complete our Application Form obtainable in our Hotel, in the Booking and Regular Customer Centre or from the website of Hunguest Hotels,
  • pay the cost of issuing the card (HUF 3,000 or EUR 12),
  • and send the Application Form together with the certificate of payment to the following address by registered mail: HUNGUEST HOTELS Zrt. Szobafoglalási és Törzsvendég Centrum (Booking and Regular Customer Centre), 1061 Budapest, Székely Mihály u. 3.

If you order your Personal Customer Card during your stay in the Hotel and pay the card production fee by the last day of using the Hotel’s services at the latest, you will be able to claim your points to be credited to your card already for that stay. In this case, please submit your hotel invoice together with the Application Form.

VIP Customer Cards

In addition to the continuous use of points credited to your Customer Card, it is possible to obtain a discount package offering a discount in percentage, which – in addition to granting more than average attention to you – may be worth gold, beyond doubt.

  • A VIP Executive Card offers a discount of 20% from all the proprietary services of the Hotel. You must collect 100,000 points to be eligible to apply for the Card and keep collecting 50,000 points annually to retain it.
     
  • A VIP Gold Card offers a discount of 40% from the price of accommodation and 20% from all other proprietary services provided by the Hotel. You must collect 300,000 points to be eligible to apply for the Card and keep collecting 120,000 points annually to retain it.
     
  • A VIP Diamond Card offers a discount of 65% from the price of accommodation and 50% from all other proprietary services provided by the Hotel. You must collect 800,000 points to be eligible to apply for the Card and keep collecting 400,000 points annually to retain it.

Discounts are available for a maximum of two rooms or one apartment, or, in the case of catering and other proprietary services, for a maximum of 10 persons at the same time.
