Adapters
You can request adapters and transformers at the Reception.

Atm machine
Located at the Bank branch in the Diósgyőr quarter of Miskolc or next to the Forest Train station in Lillafüred.

Baby cot
We provide a baby cot for our guests travelling with babies. Further baby equipment can be requested: baby bathtub, toilet reducer. Highchair is only available at the restaurant. 

Banquets, conferences, meetings and receptions
Our Hotel offers a full range of conference services to our guests. 130 rooms, 5 individually adjustable, air-conditioned conference rooms for 20 to 250 people, with technical equipment. If required, separate sections can be created between the rooms.

We are happy to assist you with the realisation of your plans related to any type of event. For more information please kindly call the Sales Department on Number 71128.

Bar
The Lobby Drink bar is located on the ground floor. Opening Hours: daily between 8 am and 11 pm. We provide a wide range of cocktails, delicious wines, belgian beer, limonades and juices to our guests.

Bathroom accessories
If you need any accessories that you cannot find in the room, please call the reception and we will provide you toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, bathtub mat, chair or slippers.

Bathrobes

• In the room, we provide a bathrobe for all our guests.
• If there is a size problem, please contact the reception before using the bathrobe!
• In accordance with our regulations, we provide the opportunity to change bathrobes every 3 days in order to protect our environment and preserve its long-term sustainability.
• If you need a daily bathrobe change, please contact the reception!
• The fee for the extra change of the bathrobe is 1,000 HUF /piece.

Breakfast
Served at the Hunyadi Restaurant, Mondays to Sundays from 7 am to 10 am. Currently there are two time zones determined for breakfast. In between the time zones there is a 15-minute break, when an extra cleaning takes place. During this period the restaurants are closed for the public. 

Bicycles to rent
You can rent bicycles in the Sport and Adventure Park in Lillafüred, for more information please call the reception at the 71100 or 71101 extension and we will be happy to help.

Blankets
We provide extra blankets on request at the reception.

Change of bedclothes
We change your bedclothes at least twice a week but if you would like to have your bedlinen changed daily, the price is 2 000 HUF/ person.

Check Out time
Please kindly check out until 10 am on the day of your departure. If you leave the room after 10 a.m., the room extension fee of HUF 10,000 will be automatically charged to the room. If you wish to have a late check out please call the Reception at 71100 or 71101.

Church services
Organised at the Roman Catholic church in Felsőhámor at 11 am every Sunday.

Cleaning

• The Hotel cleans the room once a day, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• If during this period the housekeeping staff find on the door the „Do not disturb” warning sign, the cleaning of the room will not be carried out, therefore the Guest cannot claim a fee reduction or compensation.
• If you do not wish to use the cleaning service, you must allow our authorized colleague access to the room for a technical and safety check every day for one hour, you can mark the period of this and please confirm with the reception.

Cleaning types:

• The „Eco room refresh” service includes the followings: airing, making the bed (if no valuables or personal items have been placed on it), emptying the rubbish bins, refilling the toilet paper and bathroom toiletries, washing glasses.
• With the "Full daily clean" service, in addition to the eco-cleaning, our colleagues will clean the bathroom and vacuum the room.
• To protect our environment, we give our Guests the choice to reduce the number of cleanings. In case you do not need the daily cleaning, we kindly ask our Guests to use the "Please do not disturb!" sign on the door handle to inform our staff.

Any damage caused to the hotel - on purpose or by not appropriate use - must be compensated by the person causing the damage or their legal representative. After departure, the rooms will be checked. The guest is financially responsible for damage or vandalism detected after departure and the hotel may charge HUF 20,000 as an extra cleaning fee.

Cleaning rooms
There are restrooms on the ground floor next to the reception and on the other side of the Hunyadi restaurant, next to the conference rooms on the 1st floor.

Complaints
Should you have any complaints or comments, please kindly contact the Manager in charge during your stay so that we can remedy your problem as soon as possible.

Credit cards
In the hotel, it is possible to pay with cash, a SZÉP card in your own name or a bank card (VISA, Ec/Mc, Maestro, American Express). In order to avoid waiting and queuing, you have the opportunity to settle your bill the night before departure at our hotel's Reception. In our hotel, we can accept the SZÉP card in the name of the person using the accommodation, please provide accurate information about the available limit on the account of the SZÉP card when paying.

Dinner
Served at the Hunyadi Restaurant every day from 18.00 – 21.00, but currently there are two timezones determinded for dinner. In between the time zones there is a 15 minute break, while an extra cleaning takes place. During this period the restaurants are closed for the public.

“Do not disturb”
If you wish not to be disturbed in your room, please put the “Do not Disturb” sign on the door handle, in which case our colleagues will not enter the room for cleaning or refilling the preparations.

Elevator
The guest elevators located in the central and eastern wings, running between floors -1 and 3.

Electric Car Charging Stations
For guests arriving by electric car, 2 charging stations are available in the hotel car park.
The charging stations are part of the TEA. charging network.
The electric car charging stations are available for a fee. Charging and payment are managed through the TEApont app.

Extra bed
We will fit the room with an extra bed on request, free of charge until 4 years old, extra fee from 5 years old, please contact the reception if needed on 71100 or 71101.

Fitness room
Located on -1 floor. Opening hours daily between 7 am and 9 pm. Fitness – cardio equipment can be used in our Fitness room.

Frequent Guest program

Game centre
Located on floor -1. Pool and other game facilities can be used by our guests for a charge.

Hairdryer
The hairdryer is part of the bathroom equipment.

Internet
Wireless Internet is available for free in the rooms and also in the common areas (named Palota, no password needed).

Internet terminal
There is a computer placed in the program-room next to the Reception for public usage.

If you have questions about the internet or computers, please kindly contact Reception.

Kids Pool
Located in the wellness section on the -1 floor. Depth: 0,4m, temperature: 34-36 °C

Luggage
On request we can store your luggage, please kindly contact Reception on the extensions of 71100 or 71101.

Massage
Massage parlour is located on floor -1. Please kindly call reception for booking at 71100 or 71101 and our colleagues will be more than happy to help.

Medical services
If you have medical complaints or in case of unexpected sickness, please contact a specialist. Our Reception will gladly provide you the contact details of the nearest medical services and hospital.

Minibar
Minibar is located in the cupboard. We fill it up daily and automatically charge to your room account, in case of any consumption.

Money change
You can change money in the bank located in the Diósgyőr part of Miskolc, about 6 km from the Hotel.

Newspapers
You can find fresh newspaper in our Lobby daily.

Obstacle-Free rooms
The Hunyadi restaurant, Lobby bar and conference rooms of the hotel can be accessed with wheelchair without obstacles. In addition, we offer an obstacle-free rooms for our guests.

Organisation of programs
Please inquire at the Reception for the latest programs out – and indoors, where our colleagues will be happy to help you.

Organising conferences and Other events
We undertake the organisation of your conferences between 10-250 participants in our meeting and conference rooms of different sizes. Please kindly call the Sales for more information at 71128.

Ordering flowers
Please inquire at the Reception at least 24 hours advance.

Package delivery
The Service is available at the Reception. The bellboys will carry the packages from, or to your room.

Parking area
Our Hotel provides parking area for our guests who arrive by car in a parking facility at a closed area secured by cameras. Please kindly be informed the Hotel takes no responsibility for any financial damages arising from parking. We have a separated area for aurobuses. The parking lot obstacle free, there are handicapped spaces available behind the hotel.

Pets
Your pets are also welcome at our Hotel in our ground floor rooms for an extra charge. Please kindly be informed that we cannot allow pets in the catering units and wellness area due to hygienic reasons. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located in Diósgyőr-Miskolc about 7 kms away. Please ask the reception about the opening hours.

Photocopying, Fax
This Service is available at the reception. If you wish to receive a fax the fax number of the Hotel is +36/46/533-203.

Pillows
On request we provide extra pillows. If you wish, we can place Memory foam, viscose cylinder and real feather pillows in your room. Please call the reception to make a request at 71100 or 71101.

Printing 
There is a desktop computer in the program room next to the reception, where our guests can also print.

Postcards
There are postcards for sale at the Reception. Next to the main entrance you can find the Photomaker Machine where you can take special selfie photo for memories. Available for charge, only accepts HUF.

Public transport
You can reach Miskolc from the Hotel by bus number 15. The timetable can be found at the Reception.

Souvenirs
At the Reception Fridge Magnets, Facemasks, Books -written in Hungarian (75th anniversary Book of the Hotel, „Postcards from the Palace” 90th anniversary Book of the Hotel), are available.

Radio
You can listen to radio channels using the TV in the room.

Reception / concierge service
Our reception is located on the ground floor, at the main entrance, from midnight to 24 hours, every day of the week, and can be reached from your room by calling 71100. The colleagues provide an information service about the hotel's services and the opening hours and accessibility of the attractions in the area. It is possible to buy discounted tickets to attractions in the area, we can order a taxi or a bouquet of flowers for our guests if needed, it is possible to buy souvenirs, and in the program corner behind the reception, our guests can choose from informative brochures, which are available in several languages.

Our Restaurants are air-conditioned and non-smoking. We do not serve alcohol to guests under 18. You can receive further information about our Restaurant services at the restaurant or at Reception on extension 71100 or 71101.

We kindly ask our guests to consume the selected or ordered food at the Restaurant. In case you would like to take away additional food, you can ask for it for an extra charge. Our guests can order a special food pack for excursion instead of breakfast in case of early leaving. Please kindly make you request for cold food pack at the Reception before 8 pm on the previous day you are leaving.

The dinner service has two time zones determined. In between the time zones there is 15-minute break, while an extra cleaning takes place. 
On the buffet, the allergens of the individual dishes are indicated by pictograms. If you have any questions or additional information, please contact our catering manager or ask the chefs for help during the meals.

Room services
Room service is available from 6 am to 10 pm for food and for drinks too. You can find the related menu and drink list in our information package via QR code. Please call the Restaurant services on number 71130.

Regional dishes
We try to include as many products from local producers as possible in our everyday life. In the Lobby bar, try the unique, palace-trademark syrups created by beverage designer Évi Gyulai, the cheese specialties and other dairy products of the artisanal Szarvaskői Váraljai Sajtológia and the Baráthegyi Majorság, as well as seasonal wild vegetables and ingredients at breakfast. Unique cake specialties prepared by our confectioners are available in the Lobby bar, and at dinner, accompany the dishes with the fine wines of the Gallay Handcraft Winery, which come from the best vineyards of the Bükk wine region.

Salon
The Salon, located next to the Lobby bar, is available to our guests so that they can relax separately and in seclusion. Various cards or board games can be requested from the reception free of charge, and the books found here can also be explored. If required, the Lobby bar provides drink service for our guests.

Safe
Free of charge safes are located in the rooms and at the Reception as well. We take no responsibility for any objects left in the room unattended.

Sauna
Located on floor -1 in the wellness area.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the whole area of the hotel. All our rooms are non-smoking; the appointed smoking areas are located in the outdoor part of the hotel.

Sewing kit
Available free of charge at Reception. 

Shoe cleaning machine
A shoe cleaning machine is at your service next to the reception.

Slippers
Available free of charge at the reception.

Please inquire at the Wellness Reception about nordic walking sticks and badminton raquets.

Széchenyi recreation card
We accept the SZÉP Card at the Hotel /OTP, MKB, K&H/. The only criteria is the card user has to be the owner of the card and the reservation.

• Room and wellness towels are changed every 3 days in order to protect our environment and preserve its long-term sustainability.

By opening the program list of the televisions in the rooms, you can find out about the list of TV programs available in the hotel, and by opening the TV Program Guide, you can view the electronic program guide (EPG) for Hungarian and international TV channels.

Available to borrow free of charge at Reception.

Wake up call services
You can request wake up call services at the reception at the extension 71100 or 71101.

Washing and ironing services
For laundry services, the current price list is available at the hotel reception. Laundry (except underwear) is available on weekdays, for items dropped off by 9.00 a.m. the day before. In case you need an iron, call reception at 71100 or 71101 and we will deliver the iron and ironing board to your room free of charge.

Wellness department
Located on the -1st floor, the wellness and spa area with a 10-meter heated pool, a dry and wet sauna (steam bath), a separate children's pool, and the indoor diving and wading pool provide relaxation and refreshment for our guests. Opening hours: 08:00-21:00, 14:30-15:00 we carry out wellness disinfection cleaning.
