Adapters
You can request adapters and transformers at the Reception.

Atm machine
Located at the Bank branch in the Diósgyőr quarter of Miskolc or next to the Forest Train station in Lillafüred.

Baby cot
We provide a baby cot for our guests travelling with babies. Further baby equipments can be requested: baby bath tub, toilet reducer. High Chair is only available at the restaurant. 

Banquets, conferences, meetings and receptions
Our Hotel offers a full range of conference services to our guests. We are happy to assist you with the realisation of your plans related to any type of event. For more information please kindly call the Sales Department on Number 71128.

Bar
The Lobby Drink bar is located on the ground floor. Opening Hours: daily between 8 am and 11 pm. We provide a wide range of cocktails, delicious wines, belgian beer, limonades and juices to our guests.

Bathroom accessories
If you need any accessories that you cannot find in the room, please call the Reception and we will provide you toothbrush , toothpaste, razor, bathtub mat, chair or slippers.

Bathrobes
Located in the wardrobe in your room. 

Breakfast
Served at the Hunyadi Restaurant, Mondays to Sundays from 7 am to 10 am. Currently there are two timezones determinded for breakfast. In between the time zones there is a 15 minute break, when an extra cleaning takes place. During this period the restaurants are closed for the public. 

Bicycles to rent
You can rent bicycles in the Sport and Adventure Park in Lillafüred, for more information please call the Reception at the 71100 or 71101 extension and we will be happy to help.

Blankets
We provide extra blankets on request at the Reception.

Bus and tram tickets
For sale at the Reception.

Change of bedclothes
We change your bedclothes at least twice a week but if you would like to have your bedlinen changed daily, the price is 1 000 HUF/ person.

Check Out time
Please kindly check out until 10 am on the day of your departure. If you leave the room after 10 a.m., the room extension fee of HUF 10,000 will be automatically charged to the room. If you wish to have a late check out please call the Reception at 71100 or 71101.

Church services
Organised at the Roman Catholic church in Felsőhámor at 11 am every Sunday.

Cleaning
Daily cleaning is managed between 9 am and 3 pm. In case of individual request, please ask the Reception or them on 71100 or 71101. A chair for the bathroom is available on request.

Complaints
Should you have any complaints or comments, please kindly contact the Manager in charge during your stay so that we can remedy your problem as soon as possible.

Credit cards
Our hotel accepts all major international credit or debit cards. (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Cirrus Maestro, American Express)
Dinner
Served at the Hunyadi Restaurant every day from 18.00 – 21.00, but currently there are two timezones determinded for dinner. In between the time zones there is a 15 minute break, while an extra cleaning takes place. During this period the restaurants are closed for the public. 

“Do not disturb”
If you wish not to be disturbed in your room , please put the “Do not Disturb” sign on the door handle . In case you keep this sign on your door all day , we will only provide you room service at your request.

Extra bed
We will fit the room with an extra bed on request, free of charge until 4 years old, extra fee from 5 years old, please contact the reception if needed on 71100 or 71101.

Your opinion is important to us! Please kindly take your time and share your opinion with us by completing the evaluation form in the folder.

Fitness room
Located on -1 floor. Opening hours daily between 7 am and 9 pm. Fitness – cardio equipment can be used in our Fitness room.

Frequent Guest program
Our Hotel is member of the hotel chain run by Hunguest Hotels ZRT., which operates a Frequent Guest Program Involving all its hotels. For more information, please read the information leaflet in this folder or call 71100 or 71101 for Reception.

Game centre
Located on floor -1. Pool and other game facilities can be used by our guests for a charge. At the Lobby we provide coins for the facilities.
Opening Hours 10 pm to 11 pm daily, Drink service 4 pm to 10 pm. For Reservation please call the Lobby at 71140.

Hairdryer
The hairdryer is part of the bathroom equipment.

Internet
Wireless Internet is available for free in the rooms and also in the common areas (named Palota, no password needed).

There is a computer placed in the program-room next to the Reception for public usage.

Located in the wellness section on the -1 floor. Depth: 0,4m, temperature: 34-36 °C

Massage parlour is located on floor -1 . Please kindly call reception for booking at 71100 or 71101 and our collegues will be more than happy to help.

Medical services
If you have medical complaints or in case of unexpected sickness, please contact a specialist. Our Reception will gladly provide you the contact details of the nearest medical services and hospital.

Minibar
Minibar is located in the cupboard. We fill it up daily and automatically charge to your room account, in case of any consumption.

Money change
You can change money in the bank located in the Diósgyőr part of Miskolc, about 6 km from the Hotel.

Newspapers
You can find fresh newspaper in our Lobby daily. 

Obstacle-Free rooms
The common rooms of the hotel can be accessed with wheelchair without obstacles. In addition, we offer two obstacle-free rooms for our guests.

Organisation of programs
Please inquire at the Reception for the latest programs out – and indoors, where our colleagues will be happy to help you.

Organising conferences and Other events
We undertake the organisation of your conferences between 10-250 participants in our meeting and conference rooms of different sizes. Please kindly call the Sales for more information at 71128.

Ordering flowers
Please inquire at the Reception at least 24 hours advance.

Package delivery
The Service is available at the Reception. The bellboys will carry the packages from, or to your room.

Parking area
Our Hotel provides parking area for our guests who arrive by car in a parking facility at a closed area secured by cameras. Please kindly be informed the Hotel takes no responsibility for any financial damages arising from parking. We have a separated area for aurobuses. The parking lot obstacle free, there are handicapped spaces available behind the hotel.

Pets
Your pets are also welcome at our Hotel in our ground floor rooms for an extra charge. Please kindly be informed that we cannot allow pets in the catering units and wellness area due to hygienic reasons. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located in Diósgyőr-Miskolc about 7 kms away. Please ask the Reception about the opening hours.

Photocopying, Fax
This Service is available at the Reception. If you wish to receive a fax the fax number of the Hotel is +36/46/533-203.

Pillows
On request we provide extra pillows. If you wish, we can place Memory foam, viscose cylinder and real feather pillows in your room. Please call the Reception to make a request at 71100 or 71101.

Postcards
There are postcards for sale at the Reception. Next to the main entrance you can find the Photomaker Machine where you can take special selfie photo for memories. Available for charge, only accepts HUF.

Public transport
You can reach Miskolc from the Hotel by bus number 15. The timetable can be found at the Reception.

Souvenirs
At the Reception Fridge Magnets, Facemasks, Books -written in hungarian (Crime Story involving the Palace Hotel, 75th anniversary Book of the Hotel, „Postcards from the Palace” 90th anniversary Book of the Hotel), are available.

Radio
You can listen to radio channels using the TV in the room.

Restaurant opening hours

Mathias Restaurant: Located on floor -1

• Opening Hours: from Monday to Saturday from 12 am to 4 pm

Hunyadi Restaurant: Located on the ground floor.

• Breakfast from Mondays to Sundays from 7 am to 10 am
• Dinner: from 6 pm to 9 pm

Our Restaurants are air-conditioned and non-smoking. We do not serve alcohol to guests under 18. You can receive further information about our Restaurant services at the restaurant or at Reception on extension 71100 or 71101.

We kindly ask our guests to consume the selected or ordered food at the Restaurant. In case you would like to take away additional food, you can ask for it for an extra charge. Our guests can order a special food pack for excursion instead of breakfast in case of early leaving. Please kindly make you request for cold food pack at the Reception before 8 pm on the previous day you are leaving.

Before entering the restaurant areas we kindly ask our guests to use the located handsanitizer machines and follow the specified direction while selecting food from the buffet table. There are several hand sanitizer stations planted in the restaurant areas, we encourage everyone to use it frequently, especially while managing food. Both breakfast and dinner services has two timezones determinded. In between the time zones there is 15 minute break, while an extra cleaning takes place. During this period the restaurants are closed for public.

Room service is available from 6 am to 10 pm for food and for drinks too. You can find the related menu and drink list in our information package via QR code. Please call the Restaurant services on number 71130.

Safe
Free of charge safes are located in the rooms and at the Reception as well. We take no responsibility for any objects left in the room unattended.

Sauna
Located on floor -1 in the wellness area.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the whole area of the hotel. All our rooms are non-smoking; the appointed smoking areas are located in the outdoor part of the hotel.

Sewing kit
Available free of charge at Reception. 

Shoe cleaning machine
A shoe cleaning machine is at your service next to the Reception.

Slippers
Available free of charge at the Reception.

Sports equipment to rent
Please inquire at the Wellness Reception about nordic walking sticks and badminton raquets.

Széchenyi recreation card
We accept the SZÉP Card at the Hotel /OTP, MKB, K&H/. The only criteria is the card user has to be the owner of the card and the reservation.
